Today, stretch film is a staple in the flexible packaging world. Its different types of applications and the fundamental role it plays in securing loads on pallets make it indispensable in any company.

At Fertiplast we offer a wide variety of types of film according to the requirements of our clients, giving a wide range of possibilities and adapting to all the existing needs in the market.

AUTOMATIC STRETCH FILM

It is used in machines specially designed to speed up the baling process of pallets, being able to offer endless possibilities with a view to greater plastic performance and optimal protection of the merchandise.

There are countless types of automatic and semi-automatic machines in which the role of production speed and material performance are key when choosing one type of automatic film or another.

HIGH PRE STRETCH FILM

For machines with a pre-stretch motor

Film power, 3000% pre-stretch

Available in 12, 15, 17.23 and 30 microns

AUTOMATIC STANDARD FILM
For automatic or semi-automatic wrapping machine

Standard stretch film 150% -200% pre-stretch.

Available in 23 and 30 microns.

MANUAL STRETCH FILM

t is the most common, simple and effective application to protect any merchandise in a fast way for transport. It consists of a lightweight 2kg – 2.5kg roll usually with a cardboard mandrel to facilitate unwinding.

The operator surrounds the pallet while applying the film and holding the goods, which are usually boxes, jars, sacks or any other product. The adhesive power of the material means that at the end of the process, the remaining plastic is easily fastened without the need for adhesive tape

The reels for manual use, approximately 500mm in size, are presented in cardboard boxes of six units, and these in turn on pallets according to the preferences of our clients. The number of meters per coil and the number of plastic kilos are specified to customers, since we can offer cardboard mandrels of different weights.

The automatic film, however, is supplied in 16 kg coils to insert directly into the head of the automatic machines. The pallets usually carry 46 double-height coils.
