THREAD AND SEWING MACHINES FOR BAGS

As bag manufacturers and to provide comprehensive coverage and service to our clients, we offer all types of thread spools available to our clients.

As well as the correct presentation of the bags to facilitate the automatic bagging process, it is essential that the thread is of good quality so that the packaging process does not slow down.

The correct calibration of the machines as well as the resistance and the waxing of the thread, if necessary, avoid breakage of the thread and therefore unnecessary stops in production that are normally caused by any of these factors.

Manual sewing thread

This is the most common thread for use in hand-held portable machines. It is normally supplied in 200 gram reels with a PE sleeve for each unit. Easy to use and simple application.

Packed in boxes of 20 kg with 100 spools usually. It has a PVC cone

automatic sewing thread

Applied in fixed packaging lines, in which the bags pass through a belt on which the fixed sewing machine is installed. They are usually automatic or semi-automatic packaging lines with medium-large production sizes.

They are usually supplied in 5 kg reels and in 25 kg boxes. All of them correctly traced to identify the different batches and batches in order to guarantee strict quality control.
