STANDAR BIG BAGS
This category of big bags is widely used for a variety of products such as food and feed, cereals, recycled material, sand and recyclates. Our team advises each customer according to their needs.
Nowadays there is a wide variety of sizes and models of this kind of big bags. We work mainly with a base size of 90×90 and 100×100 with a wide range of different varieties of heights, capacities and design options.
SPECIALS BIG BAGS
In order to be able to accommodate the demand of all our customers.
Unlike the basic big bags, these models are woven on looms larger than the raffia bags to be wound on tubular reels. Afterwards, when cut, the bottom part is joined together and sewn with shut-off valves or sleeves if desired.
BIG BAGS MONO ASA ( O SINGLE LOOP)
De aplicación principalmente en Ferilizantes, casi siempre se fabrican con un cuerpo exterior de polipropileno y una funda interior de polietileno para proteger el producto. Su ventaja reside en la facilidad de transporte, ya que al tener una sola asa pueden transportarse hasta dos y cuatro a la vez.
BIG BAGS VENTILADOS
Utilizados frecuentemente para almacenamiento y transporte seguro de productos alimenticios como hortalizas, frutos secos, leña u otros productos que requieren especial ventilación. Consisten en big bags con tejidos de bandas de aireación transpirables y de alta resistencia.

BIG BAGS PARA AMIANTO ( ABESTOS)
Disponemos de big bags homologados para desmantelaciones de amianto tanto para desechos en trozos o placas completas de 250cm y 320cm.
El transporte de residuos de amianto está regulado y debe hacerse conforme a la ley en cada lugar.
BIG BAGS CIRCULARES ( CROSS CORNER)
Estos modelos con tejido tuburar tienen la ventaja de que al tener las asas cosidas en ocho franjas de tejido reforzado, facilitando la manipulación con carretilla elevadora. Al no tener costuras laterales se evita que particulas de producto puedan escaparse por las esquinas.
BIG BAGS LAMINADOS O CON FUNDA INTERIOR
Diseñados para productos con granulación muy fina para proteger fugas de producto o para proteger de la humedad. Se pueden utilizar big bags con tejido laminado y costuras anti fugas o big bags con funda interior de PE
Q BAGS ( O BIG BAGS ESTABLES)
Especialmente diseñados para optimizar las cargas. Incluyen tensores en las esquinas del big bag para evitar la deformación del cuerpo de éste y que las paredes queden completamente rectangulares. Se usan principalmente en modelos de gran altura (180-200cm)
